Enter a protein sequence and select the motifs you want to scan it for. There are currently 63 motifs available.

3. Select Motifs:
Look for all motifs
Look only for motifs and groups selected below
      Individual Motifs
     
      Motif Groups       View group definitions
     

4. Choose stringency level:
(High = more selective, Low = more sensitive)


5. Show predicted domains in sequence

6. Launch the scan!
